Your story will be credited to you. This is a fun way for aspiring writers to be recognized. If you choose to tell us where you adopted your dog from, we will link to that organization in your story. This is wonderful free advertising for that group. Sharing your rescue dog story with the world is a great way to help others understand why homeless black dogs need a second chance. A good story has an impact. Many are inspired to get involved with rescue groups in their communities after reading about what others have done. Share your story and help make the world a better place for black dogs.
1. Create your own story -- do not copy a story that you found out on the world wide web. Just tell us about you and your dog in your own words. 2. Your story should be between 500 and 1000 words in length. 3. Send us 2 or 3 photos of your dog to publish with the story. Photos must be in .jpg format and optimized for the web (less than 100kb) 4. Submit your black rescue dog story to: Story@BlackDogRescueProject.com 5. By submitting your story to us, you are giving us the authority to publish your story and photos on the Black Dog Rescue Project Web site. 6. If we choose to publish your story, we will contact you to let you know when it will be added to our site. At that time, we will request your shirt size and mailing address. You will receive the t-shirt when your story is published on the Black Dog Rescue Project Web site. THANK YOU for loving a black dog and for telling your story. I can't wait to hear from you!
